The pop-up farm at Sydney Park was a hit with kids and hundreds of Sydney-siders eager to get a taste of what a City Farm could be like in the heart of Sydney.
Gardening Australia’s Angus Stewart helped plant hundreds of take-away herb pots. But the biggest attraction was the baby animal pen with goats, rabbits, chooks and guinea pigs.
Many people made use of the chance to write notes on what they wanted to see in the City Farm, and there’s still time to “have your say” now on the City of Sydney’s feedback site.
